Qingdao Madison Forging & Casting Industrial Co.,Ltd.is a professional manufacturer, designer and exporter for casting and forging parts, located at the suburb of Qingdao, lies in 35 Kms from Qingdao harbor and 15 Kms from Qingdao International airport. The factory is around 120,000 Square meters including floor area of 50,000 square meters.
Casting: We have 260 sets professional equipment for casting plant, Main facilities are as follows: PC semiautomatic molding line, Auto¡ªRMB2016 molding line, Auto¡ªKW molding line, the annual output is 25000Tons, the products is in ductile iron, gray iron and malleable iron, steel casting, investment casting and die casting for aluminum parts.
Forging: We have 31 lines of professional forging equipment at our forging plant, they¡¯re die hammer, friction press, punching machine and trimming machine. The annual output of the forging plant is 8000Tons.The products is in mild carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel 316.
Products lines: With 5 years development, we have been set up 5 products line:
Automotive parts for suspension and steering systems, brake systems.
Construction accessories for pre¡ªcast concrete, frame.
Power system fitting for high pressure wiring
Pipe fitting and clamp parts for oil and other industrial line.

Quality: We passed the ISO9001-2000 management certificate at year 2002 and passed ISO-TS16949 at year 2003, now we¡¯re having spectrometer, CMM, metallurgical scope, crack-magnetic ***ector and proof load test for the quality control on the chemical components, physical property and dimensional check for raw material and finished parts.
